Power Apps Tests & Troubleshooting

It’s subtle, but this is one of the handiest features I put in all my apps I build. It’s a little toggle feature that shows/hides anything in the app for me or for other users I specify.

There are elements you only want to show up for you, as the developer, or for those who are helping you test, debug, or troubleshoot issues in your application. In this case, it is important that you have a toggle in place and conveniently accessible that will show/hide these debug elements. This has saved me so much time in my projects.

I’ve actually had one of my admin users say that he feels like it’s one of his super powers while he’s using the application. And I have to agree, it’s super RAD to have there. Let me show you exactly how to implement this in your own app!
